Probate

Probate is the court-supervised process of administering a deceased person's estate through a legal proceeding. Probate is generally required when a decedent leaves a will or nothing in place at death. My role as your probate attorney is to navigate the complexities of the judicial system, identify who are the decedent's heirs or beneficiaries, and provide legal advice regarding your rights and options.
